Great news about the baby! Congrats! It's Lisa from China Chef. The owner/chef at the restaurant does cook for one of our customers that has to eat Glueten Free. She brings in her own soy sauce and corn starch & he makes it special for her. He doesn't have the supplies to cook it that way, but if you want to bring it in, he will cook it that way.
