Blackhorse Saloon now open in Crescent City
The Blackhorse Saloon is now open at 303 E. Main St. in Crescent City. The bar and restaurant is on the south side of U.S. Route 24, two blocks east of State Route 49.
The menu features appetizers, sandwiches, burgers and fried chicken. One of their specialties is a burger dubbed “The Ultimate Blackhorse,” which is topped with three kinds of cheese, bacon, and grilled onions and mushrooms.
Food is served from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday. Kids are welcome until 6 p.m. daily and can order from the “colt” menu. The bar is open 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily.
The Blackhorse, which opened in June, has live music every weekend and offers free delivery in Crescent City. Call (815) 683-2605 to order.
