You have to use corm tortillas the right way & this is definitely not it. I though I might ask them to put them on flour but then I got a piece of something unidentifiable in the pork so that kind of ruined it for me. If you want something a little different, especially if you like cilantro & onion on your taco, try the barbacoa taco at El Burrito Loco.
