Reader recommendation: El Burrito Loco
I recently mentioned my fondness for Mexican food, especially authentic-style tacos. In response, a reader named Cheryl sent me this:
“If you want something a little different, especially if you like cilantro & onion on your taco, try the barbacoa taco at El Burrito Loco. (It’s) steamed beef, cilantro & onion on a corn shell and is really good.”
I think everything at Loco is great, though I confess that I don’t often stray from my favorite menu item, the chile relleno baby burrito.

The pastor (spicy pork) is to die for too. I usually get it in a baby burrito. Their steak tacos come with just cilantro and onion on a corn tortilla and they’re super yummy too.

Their Pozole soup is the best
